RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults- Non-Catholic Spouses encouraged to
This process is “designed for adults who, after hearing the mystery of
Christ proclaimed, consciously and freely seek the living God and enter the
way of faith and conversion as the Holy Spirit opens their hearts”.
The first stage of this process is referred to as the Precatechumenate or
“inquiry” period which means that your questions will be answered before you
make your final decision to freely become Catholic.
